The Creators’Market – Every Monday from 3 PM to 7 PM
At Place de la Grenette, in the heart of Grand-Bornand Village, discover the work of local artisans every Monday: ceramists, graphic designers, mosaic artists, painters, carpenters, candle makers, organic soap creators, jewelers, and more.
National Day Celebration at Chinaillon – July 13
As every year, Chinaillon comes alive on July 13. Starting at 4 PM, enjoy a program of activities: inflatable structures, giant wooden games, a concert, fireworks, and a DJ night. Let the festivities begin.
Mountain Festival, July 14
Every July 14, the mountains are celebrated in Grand-Bornand. A full program awaits: hiking, free workshops, rescue demonstrations, climbing demonstrations, and an illumination followed by a party. All this, along with a delicious Savoyard meal!
Pottery Market – Friday, August 2
Coming from all over Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, around twenty participants will showcase various pottery techniques. A modeling workshop will also be available for children.
Mountain Pasture Festival – Friday, August 4
Discover the traditions of alpine life at this annual festival that brings together young and old. Enjoy herding dog demonstrations, countryside meal and a cow milking context. A busy program for a day full of learning.
32nd «Au Bonheur des Mômes» Festival – Sunday, August 25 to Thursday, August 29
In a site completely decorated and closed to traffic, a unique festive atmosphere takes over Grand-Bornand for a week. Between theater, mimes, puppets, clowns, music, and dance, «Au Bonheur des Mômes» blends the entire range of performing arts into a joyful cacophony.
