How to become a Club MGM member: Steps to follow
From the moment you confirm your second stay of at least 7 nights in our hotels and residences, whether with our advisors or via our website, the doors of Club MGM open to you, and you are automatically entitled to its various discounts and advantages.

To fully enjoy the experience, please log in to our website by clicking on the « Personal Area » icon located in the top right-hand corner, and then enter your identifiers.
Once logged in, you can resume browsing or search directly for availability. The discount on your stay will then be automatically applied to your cart if you meet the loyalty programme's eligibility criteria.
If you prefer to book through our travel advisors, please provide the first and last name you used for your previous bookings.

How to join the MGM Club?
Any individual who has stayed for at least 7 consecutive nights in our MGM Hotels and Residences is automatically enrolled in our loyalty program. This reservation must have been made directly through MGM Hotels and Residences via our central reservation office or our website.
How can I redeem my discount on my next holiday?
If you book through our reservation center, please use the same first and last name as in your previous bookings. If you book through the MGM Hotels and Residences website, follow these steps: Log in to your account, searching for a place to stay and then the discount will be automatically applied to your basket.
Does a 14-night stay count as 2 stays?
A minimum reservation of 7 nights counts as 1 stay regardless of its duration.
Is the loyalty discount combinable with other ongoing offers?
Yes, the loyalty discount can be combined with Early Booking and long-stay offers.
I have already made one or more reservations through an online agency or tour operator, am I eligible?
No, in order to take part in the loyalty programme, you must have made your reservation directly.
Is the discount applicable to the entire cart?
The loyalty discount is only applicable to accommodation (renting an apartment or a room).
When will the "Club MGM" loyalty program be active?
The loyalty program will be active for summer bookings and starting from 04/20 for the Cristal de Jade in Chamonix.
